Gardening Rakes, Spades, Hoes & Forks

Any gardener will tell you that a beautiful garden takes a lot of time, hard work and money. But the reward of a beautiful garden is enough for people to continue planting gardens every year. But you will need a few tools to keep your garden in tip-top shape.

A spade is a fancy device that will make digging your garden very easy. The shape of the blade will let you dig into the toughest dirt and ground so you can build your garden anywhere.

A fork works much the same way as a spade does, except on a smaller scale. If you just have a small part of your garden that is giving you trouble, forking the dirt will usually solve that problem.

A garden rake is just like a regular rake except the tips are made of strong metal to deal with the dirt. The main purpose of a garden rake is to smooth out the dirt and soil that has been torn up from the fork and the spade.

The hoe is the best tool you can use to get rid of weeds in and around your garden without harming any other plants inside your garden. Once the weeds are all torn up, use the garden rake to clean up and you're finished.
